Bo, thank you for your thoughts. I share your concerns about some aspects of the mis-education and negative indoctrination of some of our young black men in particular and our society in general. It is a daily battle for me to counter the attitudes and negative opinions expressed which reinforce the behavior of I Cant but there is a part of me that knows Who I am and Whose I am that is greater within me than the noise coming at me externally. I have been blessed and empowered to behave differently in promoting what is only a seasonal focus of peace and goodwill toward men, for some, but for me is a daily lifestyle desired choice in thinking and a corresponding doing behavior. A new Emlen Institute will be built to re-educate children from a multicultural and Afrocentric perspective to trained them up utilizing Biblical and historical materials in preparation for a return to glory. I know that in the past you have not shared my focus on knowledge of self and family from a historical perspective but I’m hoping to persuade you too of this contemporary importance and future priority.
