Bob Stansfield I have now been harassed, threatened, electronically assaulted, slandered, zapped with microwaves, illegally surveilled, threatened with DEATH, and tortured by the Coachella Valley Narcotic Task Force (CVNTF) since about June 25th, 2014, when some creepy narcotics officers or operatives moved into apartments 1 and 5 at the place I live, 1830 E. Racquet Club Rd, in Palm Springs (I live in Apt. 2), managed by Stephen Caro (2163 N Vista Grande Ave, Palm Springs CA 92262, ph: 760-832-5393, e-mail: info@MrPalmSprings). The CVNTF is headed by a man who previously threatened me with death, Alfredo (Fred) Fierro, and this CVNTF organization is officially co-mingled with the Palm Springs Police Department, one of the most corrupt police departments in the USA. They wish to escape copious and very serious liability for DEPRIVATION OF RIGHTS UNDER THE COLOR OF LAW (18 USC 242), and CONSPIRACY AGAINST RIGHTS (18 USC 241). They wish to prevent a lawsuit against these law enforcement agencies and past property managements (and perhaps Mr. Caro, who has NOT bothered to visit me despite getting some serious correspondence from me) under the terms of 42 USC Section 1983 for DEPRIVATION OF RIGHTS UNDER THE COLOR OF LAW by falsely prosecuting me with planted evidence and/or illegally obtained-thru-illegal surviellance/privacy deprivation information. They have involved and alienated all of my neighbors at this small complex and it is thought that all the tenants here are involved in some way, in particular, the residents of apartment 3, and also apartments 4, 6, 7, 8 and perhaps 9. They are totally depriving me of my CIVIL RIGHTS to DUE PROCESS OF LAW, LEGAL COUNSEL REPRESENTATION, and PRIVACY, etc., etc. and I fear that they are going to try to falsely arrest me tomorrow, July 23, 2014, so they can steal my evidence against them (which THEY HAVE DONE before), and incarcerate em or send me to some sort of mental hospital, their favorite place to send their enemies. My phones, 760-980-0015 and 760-835-5447, have been tampered with and my calls are mis-routed to phoney deaded-end voicemail boxes or impostors. My important mail has been intercepted or tampered with (ACLU of Southern California, Los Angeles Bar Association, San Diego County Bar Association, Orange County Bar Association, Riverside County Bar Association) to deny me the legal representation I am legally entitled to as a CIVIL RIGHT as an American Citizen. All phone calls from these attorney organizations have been intercepted and probably impostored. If you are as OUTRAGED as I am about this, call Fred Fierro and tell him exactly what you think of him, and please DO SO!. He is an Narcotics Officer with the California Department of Justice, Bureau of Narcotics Enforcement (CA DoJ, BNE), Riverside CA branch, but acts like Al Capone in a creepy world of undercover narcs, without apparent supervision or accountability He is a law enforcement officer who breaks every law in the book!!! This is deadly serious. I am NOT a meth-lab operator, drug dealer, or similar drug related criminal! Mr. Fierro is suspected of using me for training purposes, in a form of modern-day SLAVERY, and supposedly makes sick training videos for law enforcement training, calling them Video Dossiers. The hopelessly corrupt PSPD will do NOTHING to protect me and is assumed to be fully complicit in this HOMOPHOBIC HATE CRIME gone amok, and it has been a crime-in-progress for 12 years! I am being followed around everywhere I go by vehicles in a form of ORGANIZED STALKING, done purely to intimidate me and get me locked up if at all possible. I NEED YOUR HELP NOW...YOU...
