Bob and I are going to be starting on a new adventure that we are pretty excited about. I am hoping to sell our water front home and buying our beach house in Fenwick. For the next 3 years I will be spending long weekends in OC and the rest of the week in BQ. We love our BQ house but it is time to let it go and start something new. We are pretty excited. Soooo, as sad that I am to sell Chesapeake Ave. We are looking forward to having the beach house to share with family and friends. If you know anybody who is interested in my house let me know. I would prefer to sell my house myself, I have sold a couple of homes in the past.
