Bob was a gift from the gods, at a time in my life when I needed it most. I commit to trying to make him one of the most famous characters of all time, because he deserves that. A 17-time wounded Vietnam helicopter pilot of the old school (he not only flew the choppers, he could rebuild them), he went on to be a black bag deep ops pilot for the CIA in Southeast Asia, sub-Saharan Africa and Central America. He was an Air Zealand pilot and a legitimate businessman. He was also an unrepentant wildlife smuggler, gunrunner, dope seller and anarchist. He supported black autonomy at any cost across Melanesia. As part of the rollout of my life force directive of celebrating my friend, I’m working with some tech people on an app that will allow people to access some of his critical thinking skills under pressure.
