Bobby Smith, Knott County superintendent, reports that last night Mother Nature kicked out butts again. His men cleared all the roads last night but hes afraid that some of them will be covered again this morning due to low temperatures and mechanical troubles on the trucks because of extended periods of use this winter. If the roads are slick and bad Wednesday morning, it wont be from lack of effort, he said. B and C routes may not be completely cleared until Wednesday evening, if they get a break in the temperature and all the trucks hold up. They are doing the best they can with what they were dealt -- as are all the D-12 Snowfighters. Good work, Bobby, and thanks for the report.
