Bobby Unser was caught in a blizzard in Colorado and strayed a quarter of a mile into a government wilderness while blindly attempting to find help. There was so little malicious intent on his part that he went to the overseeing government agency to let them know himself. What ensued was a legal action against him that left him with criminal sanctions. Bobby has met with many different government officials to bring about a change in the draconian laws that allow such injustices. He understands that his case is finished, but wants to prevent this from happening to anyone else who may fall into similar emergency circumstances.
