Bobcat meat recipe. Fresh killed and cooled bobcat. Debone hind quarters, cut off backstaps. Slice the chunked meat into 1 sections. Just as if useing any other meat clean all hair and blood off. Soak the meat over night in water. Rinse off and then marinate meat in soultion over night again. 1 can Sprite. After you pour the sprite into bowl save can. 1 can soy sauce. 1 can olive oil or vegtable oil. 1 tblsp. garlic powder. Cook on grill or broil in oven. Dont over cook you want it about meduim done then cover with tin foil until ready to eat. This will let the juice redistribute throughout the meat.
