Body Gratitude. Its cool now. Well, except I dont know the current cool word for cool. I just got back from conferences for my boys at the middle school and the 7th grade English classes had incorporated body love into their poetry unit. My little man wrote a poem about his gorgeous brain (a thesaurus may have been hurt during this project) but his was only one of dozens displayed on the wall. Brains. Eyes. Fingers. Feet. Legs. Ears. Mouths. All the parts. All praise and appreciation. It warmed my black heart. Hmmm... I was debating about another 30 Days of Body Gratitude this December but this may convince me. Ill link in the comments if you dont know what that is. What say you? Should we try again?
