Body, Perfections of the the. These are described in various yoga books. Pantanjali gives them as correct form, beauty, strength, and very firm wellknitness. An Upanishad gives them as lightness, good complexion, good functioning, slenderness, and calmness. In all this there is no suggestion of injurious asceticism. Some persons practice self-injury and neglect, but these are quite misguided, when not somewhat insane, and all that can be said in their favour is that they are acquiring more will power, which, however, could as well be gained by the old advice that one should do every day some thing or things that one does not want to do, such as beneficial exercises. - Yoga Dictionary, by Earnest Wood. 1956 :)
