Body builder friends. Any idea why Its been 2 hours in the gym busting my ass on arms only and Im still pumped, still lifting heavy, and still cant hit failure? Im hitting failure at the end of each set ofcourse. But next set Im doing the same reps. I go up in weight and do 5 reps for example and I can do 5 reps or more for the next 3 sets. Lower the weight. And Im still blasting away. Same thing with back. 2-3 hours before Im in pain (sore muscles). I always switch up my workouts. I never lift the same. Making gains. But it takes forever to break down a group. Help.
