Body fat theory....believe it or not...prevent it or not....it is up to you... Eating too much processed food; Eating too much saturated fat (junk food is one); Choosing the right exercise (more cardio vs. strength) & not intensifying workouts; Too much stress due to releases of hormone cortisol - enlarges the fat cells; Sleeping below 7 hrs a night - slows down metabolism & increase appetite; Do whatever matters to you...be healthy!!!!
