Body pump @ 9 am and zumba @ 10 am. Lets get ripped. Then its Saturday night, the only night that I allow myself to drink because of my own fitness goal. Gone from 204 lbs to 188 lbs in a month and a half. I want to get to 175 lbs or less, my ideal weight.
