Boehner told members at Thursday meeting that one of his top priorities is to use every tool available to him to stop any effort by the president to go around Congress on immigration. Except passing an immigration bill. Speaker Boehner sounds a little bit like the kid who goes to so much effort to cheat on the exam that it would have been easier just to study for and pass the exam in the first place.
