Or is it at the cool ocean coast reminiscent of a steam particle detector chamber (could be ... supercooled water vapor is the ancient concept of a radioactive particle traces detector ... but that becomes only "foggy" inside if the pressure is suddenly significantly lowered in presence of particularic and/or ionizing radiation, it is simply a box filled with cool water vapor with an airpump attached to it: When suddenly sucking out some airpressure from that steam or fog chamber, the water vapor becomes unstable and if then a radioactive particle passes through it will leave a fog-trace behind itself ... similar with those white stripes behind jetplanes where only tiny traces of exhaust particles will instantly cause the supercooled clean air at high altitudes to condense into those straight line clouds, which are claen water or ice vapor. So I hope, these pictures here are just showing normal ocean coast fog but the same which I have said before holds certainly here in Fukushima too: According to any worldwide constitution of course everyone is appropriately obliged to fully respect and appreciate also the dumbest idiots .... however, idiots must not be allowed to rule and govern (and especially cynical dumb idiots violently strive into those ruler-jobs as they are too stupid for anything else) because their stupidity in ruler-key positions (no matter whether in formal government, Police, law and order, or in technology) always evolved them into cynical murderer, robbery and terrorists mafias because they will never admit being cynically lazy and stupid ...
