Chef Mike Le Jardin Menu for Tuesday, October 08, 2013 Bar-B-Que Sliders 8 Slow roasted, dry rubbed, blade cut pork shoulder on honey slider rolls. The dinner is served with house made baked beans and fresh coleslaw. Grilled Chicken Salad 7 Supremes of chicken are brined and fire grilled and placed on a bed of fresh chopped romaine lettuce with red and gold cherry tomatoes. The salad is served with a house made ranch style dressing with cheese and croutons on the side. Lemon Blueberry Napoleon 6 Old fashioned buttermilk pound cake, fresh lemon curd and homemade blueberry jam stacked and topped with fresh Chantilly cream. All sauces are homemade. All vegetables and fruits are locally grown and are either hand picked by me personally or sourced and selected individually from local farmers whenever possible, ensuring the highest quality ingredients.
