Bone Broth Discussion: Julie, Therese, Lena, and Melanie asked that I share how I roast chickens and then turn the bones into broth. Today was the day that I make my weekly broth, so I had my daughter video early this morning after reading Julies post. I am by all means not an expert and would love all of your tricks and tips, so we can all learn from each other. This weekend when I roast chickens again, I will post how I do that and again love your tips. I will be honest, I am self conscious to post these videos for you all, but I am willing to and hoping some great discussion can come about, so I too can learn new ways to make my broth even better. I did not mention it, but you need to use purified water.
