Bone scan indicates that I have extremely brittle bones. It showed some trauma to my rib area and sacral area. He said no metastasis was found but he wants my oncologist to read the report. It also indicated some activity with my right mandible most consistent with dental disease. Sigh of relief when he said no cancer was noted to my bones. He wants to put me on a new drug for brittle bones. Its like an insulin pen and you give yourself a shot daily. But I have to be trained to give myself a shot. Hello Im a nurse. Anyway the shot is suppose to help rebuild the bones. Tired and headed home.
