Boneless duck breast with a cranberry orange glaze, slow roasted, finished on the grill with crispy skin, julienned, placed atop a slice of Irish porter Cheese, with crumpled rendered prosciutto, and caramelized figs, on a bed of greens, drizzled with extra virgin olive oil and balsamic reduction....plus we have a whole bunch of other specials and our full menu.....what are you doing for dinner tonight?
