Bongu everyone! Today is the first day... of Michelle Sullivan vs ARMS, if anyone wants to come see, its at 11am in Qorti. I am sure it will be in Malti even though I am going to request English. Today (Stage one) is an application for an injunction against ARMS, Enemalta and WSC to prevent the cutting me off until the bills are corrected. As it is the first hearing, it is expected that they will attempt to get it dismissed as they have already indicated that in their statement to the court. They have in their first application already lied on oath stating that all the readings are (A)ctual, where I have bills from 2010 where they are clearly marked (N)on-Read. My suspicion is that the judge will not take any action on this lying under oath, but if he doesnt it will be interesting to see what penalty he applies.
