Arm circles forward, backward, across, up-and-down 30 second jog Workout: 10 jumping jacks 5 push-ups 20 Mountain climbers 30 High knees 6 Burpees 5 push-ups 20 Mountain climber (opposite knee to opposite elbow) 20 jumping jacks 30 High knees 10 ea. leg crab crunch 5 push-ups 20 Mountain climber (Elbow to knee) 20 wide jump squats 10 Plank up/down 30 High knees 6 Burpees You did it!!! If you want more, 2 minute walk around rest and repeat up to 5x Great job!
