Book #15 of 2014 Dragons Egg by Robert L. Forward Ah, the imagination! Beings that evolve and live on the surface of a neutron star. A lot of my astronomy colleagues will scoff at the equation of state being assumed here, but that does not detract from the almost correctness of this novel. The characters and the story are not the greatest, but the science and the imagination required for this are something else entirely. For anyone who enjoys hard science fiction, this book is a treat.
