Book Now for School’s Out Places are still available for a range of activities taking place this summer across the East Riding as part of the School’s Out 2013 programme. Paents and carers are being advised to book activities for youngsters to avoid disappointment. School’s Out is packed full of activities including archery, balloon modelling and den-making from the sport and play team, voluntary sports clubs and sports for disabled children and young people and promises to be another success this year. Also as part of School’s Out, leisure centres across the East Riding have put together a programme of activities ranging from cheerleading to roller disco and rock climbing to judo. Beverley Leisure Complex is running various activities including: Monday August 12 to Friday August 16, crash course swimming lesson (Grade 2), 2.15 to 2.45pm; Thursday August 15, gymnastics for beginners (five to 16 years), 9am to 12 noon; Thursday 15 August, intermediate gymnastics (five to 16 years) 12.30 to 3.30pm; Friday 16 August, summer games (five to 12 years) 2 to 4pm.
