#Book Review of #FrozenFloppies from #ReadersFavorite - https://readersfavorite/book-review/39834 Reviewed by Michelle Robertson for Readers Favorite In Floppyland there are many different kinds of Floppies; Loving Floppies, Angry Floppies, and the Odd Floppies. They all keep to themselves, divided by borders that separate the land. When a cold frost spreads across the land, will the Floppies band together to aid one another in the harsh weather, or will they remain separated by the borders? Frozen Floppies by John Hope is a delightful childrens rhyming pictorial book introducing young readers to the concept of differences and working together. The author has created a fun rhyming text combined with very vibrant pictures to grab a young readers attention long enough for them to grasp the message - no matter what your differences are, there should be no borders or boundaries keeping you from helping someone when they need help. Dont let those differences stop you from aiding them in their time of need. This is a great connection to the world today. We are all different kinds of people, but when something happens to affect us, we can come together to help one another. Children love to feel they are part of or can relate to a book that they read or have read to them. Readers can also enjoy a fun activity after reading the book by creating their own Floppy using the pattern provided in the hard copys book jacket. This book and activity can create a special bonding time for parents to have with their children, or even teachers to provide a lesson and activity during a class for younger students in pre-kindergarten to kindergarten.
