Book, Robot Jesus and three other Jesusses Many different people have many different opinions about the person and work of Jesus Christ. Some people think Jesus was a really nice guy. Others believe he was an influential rabbi. Still others believe Jesus was a liar, a leader of liars, or a victim of Jewish fanaticism blowing him way out of proportion. Some atheists believe Jesus was simply a type of myth, perhaps just another Hercules. Mormons believe Jesus is our spirit brother, along with Satan. Jehovah’s Witnesses believe Jesus is actually Michael the Archangel. Muslims believe Jesus was the precursor prophet to Muhammad. Scientologists believe Jesus was a tool for mind corruption and the root of depression for many people in the world. But what should you believe about Jesus? The goal of this book is to examine what members of rival worldviews to Christianity believe about Jesus and how to evangelize to them through Christ- centered apologetics. The more Christians examine how others view Jesus, the better the church can evangelize and share the real Jesus. For example, the Jesus of Mormonism is actually our spiritual big brother. If a Mormon told you we were all spirit siblings of Jesus and Satan, would you know how to respond? More importantly, could you effectively show them who Jesus really is? Some Scientologists have been taught to believe Jesus is actually a fictional character designed by space aliens to keep our god–like potential to mere monotheistic worship.
