Book signing: Edens Edge After the parade yesterday I mosied over to the Hertford County Arts building to check out my friend, Tommy Hurdles book signing event. I actually brought my own I ordered online and got just in time for the event, but not enough time to read past page 50. So far the book is very entertaining, and made even more so by the fact is set in a fictitious town similar to all of ours here in North East NC. It was also more fun since I know the author and his personality and can almost see him as the characters since his book is so much a part of him, just on a page instead. The book itself is worth picking up and reading, it is a murder mystery but with the flair and flavor of our little Southern region of the world. The book has a wonderful mix, so far, of humor delicately mixed in with the drama. So basically many reasons to pick up Tommys book and enjoy a good read!
