Bookkeeper (R15 000 - R18 000 pm) (Alrode/ Alberton) (Start 5 January 2015) Company in Alrode is looking for a dynamic Afrikaans-speaking lady with experience in Pastel Express or Partner to do invoicing, quotations, credit notes, remittances, petty cash, full debtors and creditors, trial balance, balance sheet, up to financial statements, to hand over to the auditor. Knowledge of e-filing and VAT is essential. This person should also be knowledgeable and competent in Payroll administration of 25 staff (salaries, wages, over time, travelling costs), and should know UIF, PAYE, petrol claims/ travelling allowances and the like. Person should hold a grade 12/ national senior certificate and have own transport. Candidate must stay in the Alberton area. A tertiary qualification, or course in Pastel will be preferred.
