Boomer has been ADOPTED and yes NJBR has another foster failure!! This big boy was surrender by his owner because she was sick and unable to care for him anymore. The two of them were unseperatable; even though she could not take him out often Boomer would just stay by her side. She gave him up in hopes of him being with someone that would be able to give him the things she could not. Boomer was moved to his foster home where he won over the heart of his foster mom. Just recently she took Boomer to the shore on vacation and they even got to swim in the bay together. He is a gentle soul and she just could not see him with anyone but her. Boomer is going to have a wonderful life with his new mom! A special thank you to Darlene our NJBR volunteer who went above and beyond for Boomer and his owner by helping care for him while he was waiting for his foster/forever home. Angie, thank you for fostering Boomer and being NJBR foster failure again!! NJBR is very lucky to have such caring volunteers who always do everything they can to help these wonderful Boxers get a chance at a new life.
