Boosting confidence in yourself today could help you react to people in power more positively. If you can allow yourself to see that everyone in this world is part of the same energy—meaning that everyone is equal in the eyes of the universe—you might be more able to recognize that while in theory someone else may have power over you, in reality, you are both one and the same within the realm of the universe. Once you understand that you are a valid and essential part of this world, you can develop greater confidence in yourself. No one ever has true control over you for you are in charge of your thoughts, emotions, and your self-concept. It is easy for many of us to put others on a pedestal and be intimidated either by their station in life or by their talents.
