Boot camp tomorrow at 6:30 at the warehouse! New sound system this week, and new things added weekly! Tomorrow begins our 5 week ab challenge!!:) Only $5 to participate !!!! Men and women welcomed!!!! Bring a towel/mat, a drink, and hand weights/ resistance bands! There will be an on site sitter for only $2 a kiddo! $5 for 3+ kids :) NO excuses! (Ps there isnt a potty at the warehouse, so take a potty break before ;)) Be prepared to get sweaty... And a little dirty;) Lets get it!!!
