Boots is a gorgeous 5-year-old guy who was left behind when his former owner moved away from where they had been living. The person who inherited Boots had zero interest in keeping him, and instead, brought him to a high kill shelter as if that were a good idea. Boots, like all companion animals, lives and dies by the whim of the humans who are supposed to care for him. He has an EXPERIENCE rating and his life can be saved if someone will reserve him on the ACC website, tonight
