Booty exercise with a resistance band! Yes please! If you have a resistance band lying around, grab it and try this exercise :) Its a great to add a little oomph to your routine. Make sure you have your band securely around the arch of your foot and go! Kick that leg nice and high behind you, squeezing your butt every time. And pardon the grainy video, lol. I need to get a new set up for videos!
