Boracay Festival Attendees Landing in Kalibo Airport. We recommend using Southwest Tours for the bus/boat ride to Boracay. You can buy tickets directly on the local flights (ask the stewardess), talk to your hotel or see the Southwest booth when you exit the Kalibo airport. We like them because they take care of all terminal, environmental and boat fees. Their busses and boat are large, spacious and air-conditioned. Plus, they have their own rest stop with clean bathrooms on the bus ride (in exchange theyve setup a shopping area to get you to buy stuff). Cost is around USD$10 (php500-600) each way.
