Bored? Well, Heres a Simple yet meaningful Story of my experience on a Fine Holiday morning. The Lime Green Bottle. So, I was driving on my way back home from campus after a progressive study session with my mates. Halfway through the journey, I was pissed with the slow drivers ahead of me and decided to cool down by appreciating the lovely dark green leaves on the huge trees along the road. My attention was then diverted to the middle of my vehicle console and I was looking at my lime green phone, my lime green cable and my lime green power bank and thought, how amazing they looked being a lime green set. I then wondered, why was the lime green colour such a particular favorite of mine. I started to understand that it was because the color made me feel cheerful and happy. This had indeed made me cheerful and happy and I was smiling to myself in the car all the way while other drivers passing me smiled back in interest of my solo-smiling. I had temperorily forgotten about the madness and stress of the world and drove on peacefully, tolerating more slow drivers and ignorant pedestrians. Suddenly, as I was enjoying the mood, I felt that something was missing. Finally, almost reaching home, my pupils contracted drastically and I realized it was my rather expensive lime green tupperware bottle that was missing! I scanned the interior of my car, both front and back like a hawk searching for its prey and it was no where to be seen. In an instance, my peaceful and serene nature had vanished in a blink of a second and my aggressive nature had taken over. I realized that I had left the precious lime green tupperware bottle on the floor in the study room! Without any form of hesitation, I immediately turned back, unsure wether I was turning illegally or not and rushed back all the way to campus. Despite the guilt i felt from the wastage of precious fuel and the increase on carbon emissions as a result of me turning back, all the way I was praying to God to protect my lime green tupperware bottle from the hands of thieves. Upon reaching campus, I illegally parked infront of the John Curtin building where the study area was, and dashed up the stairs, almost tripped but I managed, balanced myself steadily and ran across the mini hallway, passing by curious students and went straight to the study room I was at earlier. I was shocked that the door was opened wide and panicked unnecessarily for a few seconds. Then, I heavily lowered my head under the study table and there it was, my one and only lime green tupperware bottle, standing there magnificantly on the study area floor, under the study table with glowing lime greenish radiance from the direct beam of sun ray. I was so happy and walked proudly out of the study area towards my illegally parked vehicle while imagining students applauding me for my wonderous victory. Upon entering my vehicle, I lay my lime green bottle next to my lime green phone, lime green cable and lime green power bank and I adored them again for their bright lime green. Finally, I went my merry way towards home, back in my cheerful and happy nature. The End.
