To analyze and align the existing HR practices of Borjan according to the legal standards 2. To develop detailed policies and procedures of all HR functions along with the roles and responsibilities. 3. To implement and integrate the data, policies and procedures with ERP. EXPERIENCE: The consultant should have hands on experience of analyzing, developing and deployment of HRIS in any organization, preferably in a retail group.
