Boston Public Schools closed tomorrow due to expected dangerous early AM wind chill. More districts will follow. I expect mostly 2-3 hour delays for school districts tomorrow, as wind will abate substantially by mid-morning. Admittedly, its tough to make the case for having kids stand outside waiting for bus when frostbite can set it within 15-30 mins. That said, keep in mind that wind chill only applies to *exposed* skin - dont leave any skin exposed and the dangerous part is negated (though still cold!).
