Both PRC and Malaysia play down the likelihood of terrorist attack for various reasons. The former rejects the failure of minority policy and resultant speculation by populace for the incompetence of governance. Moreover, the Central Propaganda Ministry even orders the media to shift back to the two congresses as focus. The latter takes the conservative attitude towards sabotage by serious negligence of document inspection. This incident may finally come out that no cause can be probably established both for various kind of political failures.
