Count your bites. Be careful of the sneaky small serving appetizers that you think of as better than eating a meal. A lot of appetizers are about 50-70 calories a bite. Just five bites is around 300 calories. That’s about half of what you might eat for dinner. Keep a mental tab on calories consumed so you don’t go have to pay for it later.
