Bottom right is when I transformed my body in 12 weeks well over a year ago and today I still maintain this physique. Im not out to compete or have a very low body fat %, but you can have abs all year round & I eat normal everyday foods and continue to do so to keep my metabolism fired up. You dont want it to ever crash or rebound after cutting calories for so long. So many people do this & end up with metabolic damage. It wont matter how hard you train, you still wont lose any more weight until you fix your metabolism. I actually have to eat a decent amount of food to stay lean, how cool is that right? Im more into maintaining and having a balanced lifestyle through health n fitness.
