Bought a car from an auction, the other day...You would think they would like to get paid for this car, you would think this would be their purpose: To sell cars, and then, take money...and then pass the car along... This is simple. This would make sense. No, this is not how they work. You bid on a car...and they leave you hanging, wondering if you actually got the car or not. Then, when you get it, do they want to get paid? Nope...They want to send you to voice mail and pass you around to different people. And this can just be the beginning of the fun... You would think, after selling thousands of cars, this auction would have a process in place to move these deals along in a speedy fashion and, as a business, they would learn to not break cardinal rule: NEVER MAKE IT DIFFICULT TO TAKE PEOPLES MONEY...but, alas, they make this seemingly simple and painless transaction into an incredibly protracted affair that requires the patience of Job. You would think, after making millions of dollars per month, with a very low overhead, they could afford a few people to answer phones, but...then...no...this would make sense. And this is what its like to buy cars from some auctions...Some, actually, are very good...this, frustratingly enough, is not one of them.
