Bought a new Netgear wireless router since the old one fried during power failures a week ago. NICE piece. During set up, I was compelled to call tech support, but about the same time "India" answered, I had sorted it. While on the phone the rep suggested a direct link (using iYogi) to run a diag. I knew a sales pitch was inevitable. Anyway, we did it, they found registry issues (surprise surprise), and the pitch started. Actually was a fairly soft sell, but given some of the performance issues I have been experiences, I opted for at $60. Well, it was money well spent. Chrome crashes were addressed and fixed, and the computer IS operating better and faster. SO FAR, money well spent.
