Bought vitamin Q10and some pills that protect liver...been told it works for busy lifestyle..i have all basics vitamins i take daily at home..oh of cos never skip good fruits and natural protein myself Just asking..any other way to boost energy or good to balance our body immune system..i know sleeping is important..just most of the time..im really lack of sleeping...due to my working lifestyle~ Loads of love..please share whatever you know is good ..i will go tru..xoxo With love💕
