Bouncing back is the natural order of things. Forest fires destroy thousands of acres, yet within days of the disaster, new growth is springing out of charred ground. This morning I was awakened by thunder. As soon as the thunder stopped, the sweet sound of birds filled the air once again. It takes us humans a little longer to regroup, but we, too bounce back from troubled times. Sometimes we need a little time to process what happened and how to move on; sometimes we need a little shove to get out of the "dumps"; and sometimes we just need to look up. I woke up in pain this morning. Fibromyalgia is a bear sometimes. But it is really easy to look up when you start out on your back. ROFL! Looking forward to a wonderful day, already looked up for my strength and am convinced that help is on the way- I can feel it in my bones! :-) If you are going through a tough time, lie down, look up, and accept the love, hope, and blessings in store for you this day.
