Bountiful Bread Pudding Submitted by: Teresa Godale (OH) Ingredients 2 cups milk 1/4 cup butter 1/4 cup sugar 1 tsp. cinnamon 1/4 tsp. salt 2 beaten eggs 6 cups prepared, cubed Bountiful Beer Bread Mix® 1/2 cup raisins Directions Heat milk and butter over medium heat. Combine sugar, cinnamon, salt and eggs; blend well. Stir in bread cubes and raisins. Stir in milk mixture. Pour into greased 8 x 8 baking dish. Place baking dish in 9 x 13 pan; pour boiling water around dish until 1-inch deep. Bake at 350° uncovered 40-45 minutes until knife inserted comes out clean. Serve warm. Makes 9 servings.
