Bourbon Balls 2 Tbs. Bourbon 80 proof 1 can Eagle Brand Milk 2 boxes powder sugar 1 tsp vanilla flavoring 1 qt. chopped pecans or walnuts 1 stick real butter softened Mix butter and powder sugar add flavoring and bourbon then blend in milk. Fold in nuts. Cover let stand in the fridge overnight. Next day roll out into walnut size balls set aside. Icing. 2 boxes of semi sweet chocolate squares ¾ cake of paraffin wax Using a sauce pan melt wax micro wave chocolate 4 min pour into hot wax and stir up mixing well. Leaving chocolate on low heat stick a tooth pick into rolled out balls and dip into hot chocolate mix covering well. Place onto wax paper on a flat surface. When harden place into a air tight container and place into the fridge until ready to serve. Enjoy.
