Box Office Kolkata Trade Network: Bachchan has opened to packed houses across the state on its opening day. The all average single-screens opening to 80% plus occupancy in some Metro Centre in morning & afternoon shows. Multiplexes were lower, but good considering the fact that the film is running on multiple screens at each property.The Jeet – Aindrita pair was accepted by the audience , the film was all the way in city and outer this city with taken a good start.In Kolkata , the opening is better than Dev’s Bindass , which released on a Pre- Eid weekend while Bachchan has Non-Holiday Pre-Puja release . The early morning,afternoon trends suggest opening day business of the film may be similar, touch or break the biggest opening of 2014, all depends on evening and night shows. But all time opening record didnt possible this time . The advance booking evening shows is pretty good, so the film could put up a much bigger total after end.
