Boy, these 4AM wake ups are getting to be too regular. Having yet another cup of tea in the hopes of mellowing out my racing brain and catching a few more Zs. Perhaps its the excitement of my impending trip to Florida to see my pals that has me so keyed up. If this trend continues after my return I may have to resort to forcing myself to stay up past midnight to wear myself down in order to get a decent nights rest. The left arm and shoulder continues to annoy me and I can still only sleep on my right side. I dont want to just lay in bed as I cause Jane to wake up and she needs the sleep more than I do.
