Boy this has been a hard week! It has been tuff on me, no wonder I have a crappy attitude towards everyone...except my brothers! I had 4 wisdom teeth pulled last Tuesday, along with 3 others next to them. No pain medication, got 7 more to go, I want to just get some pretty teeth. ( No, that will not make me pretty.) Been hungry, no sleep. So just last Thursday morning, Susan was on the couch when I got up, I was feeling extra irritated, seems I was feeling trapped in this stupid skin, my back felt funny. Looking at it, something had apparently put what looked like lash marks on my shoulder on both sides across my back. Tortured in human bondage, struggling with this college, trying to make personal appearances, and help every single individual that needs me, and they are standing in line it seems. Church work is endless, thankless. Many people are always looking disgusted at me, jealous of my position I guess, or maybe my upper class dress standards. I just do not feel good dressed grungy repping Our King. I have to look good. Men I have tried hours on hours disregard my work with them, instead turn to drinking a gallon of whiskey between 2 of them, and get in trouble. They are on their own, I am not dealing with legal schmeagle for them, they have gray hair. I have been constantly ridden like a mule this week, dogged down in others opinionated words to me. One thing that hurt me last week, worse than my teeth, and I heard it twice....I try to teach and enlighten them, and I actually heard back...I just dont BELIEVE like you do! WHAT!!?? Where am I wrong here? Any of my Pastor or evangelical brothers come on back and straighten me on these points if I am wrong....1. Jesus is and should be FIRST in our lives, over everything. Demonstrate extreme FAITH! My God is named JESUS!! my friends! 2. We can never pay Him back for what He did for us, so we should dedicate our lives to Him. Represent Him. 3. Pursue the Great Commission. Lead others who are lost to Jesus. Get a blessing for it. To get a blessing, BE a blessing! 4. Turn from material pursuit, take a spiritual aspect in our lives. 5. Pray. Talk to Him personal style. Pray UP, with our hands up, looking up to receive His blessings coming down. Nothing but the Lake of Fire below, do not concentrate on it, or you will be down there in it! 6. His promises are true, no ifs, He NEVER lies. 7. He is the LIGHT! We should show His light in our lives. 8. Help others. Always. If you think about helping others problems, yours will go away. 9. We are spiritual beings having a mortal existance, not the other way round. 10. Give, then give more, if you think you cant, give more. 11. Break free of bondage of self-abuse. 12. Pursue and desire a PERSONAL RELATIONSHIP with Jesus! He wants to be your friend. 13. Take time in His Word daily, and concentrate on His Holy Attributes.14. Everything is a blessing from Him! We cannot do good on our own, only Him working through us is good!....SO! Where am I wrong here? Who does not believe as I do? Anyway, I am only human, and weak. But I DO know GOD! And HE knows my heart and my name! I have been walking through hell right here on earth this month already. Maybe (and I know it will) be better sooner! FAITH! I am known to have earth shaking FAITH!
