Boys, June 9, 2014 Today I once again reviewed your attendance records from Givens, Sheehy, and Cruickshank. They are of interest, if one cares about facts. There are no reports that your dad was remiss in picking you up. School staff are required to make note of that. It is the law. Further, the records show that I picked you up when you were sick, had to be taken to medical and dental appointments, and more. Add to this days when your mom asked me to take you, if even for an hour or two, if she had appointments, meetings, or whatnot on her custodial slots. On my “watch” and often on mom’s “watch” I stepped up. It was the thing to do for my boys. I correlated records with my own notes in datebooks and elsewhere. I was the 20 minutes late during 2nd grade when I witnessed a car accident on McKee, yet called Ada Givens. And, of course, I failed once in late-October 2011. Because I was extremely afraid and wanted to protect you. These are what detailed records show, facts that counter certain claims. I planned to “introduce” these as well, yet was thwarted since late 2011 to the current pass. Anyway, I thought you might want to know what I’m basing my perceptions on. So they don’t say “about 3” according to one, and “oh, 20 maybe” by another. Curiously, some tried to block me from obtaining this information. I persist, because I deeply care for both of you.
