Brace for Western Express Highway snarls as flyover gets fixed Expect traffic snarls up to Goregaon on the south-bound carriageway of the Western Express Highway (WEH) for the next fortnight as the Dindoshi flyover will remain out of bounds for heavy vehicles and two-wheelers during this period for repairs. The flyover has developed a crater and other faults that need to be fixed. The WEH is one of the busiest corridors in the city as it caters to suburban as well as inter-city traffic, with many vehicles from outside the state using it. "We will have to deploy additional manpower north of Dindoshi flyover to divert heavy vehicles and two-wheelers," a traffic inspector said. "This diversion will slow down traffic, causing snarls during morning peak hours." timesofindia.indiatimes/city/mumbai/Brace-for-Western-Express-Highway-snarls-as-flyover-gets-fixed/articleshow/23427207.cms
