Brady Update: Such a good day!! I dont have his current weight yet. When I got to the hospital his oxygen was at 21% we breathe 21%. So if you watched his video, you can hear me talking to the nurse. He was only on the pressure from the SiPAP. Well, I was really happy!! The OT said that she wanted him to have his bottle before they took the SiPAP off. He took most of his bottle. He fell asleep, so he didnt finish. We had to wait for awhile to take the SiPAP off. I was really nervous, because I really want him off the mask. He seemed to struggle at first. After an hour, he was doing amazing! He did have what they call a brady. Its when his heart rate drops rapidly. It came back up really quickly. They said if he has many more, they will have to put him back on SiPAP. He got the NG tube today. It will make bottle feeding much easier!!! When I left at six this evening he was sleeping so soundly! He was so tired he slept through me changing his diaper. He can sleep without all the air pushing in his face.
